Excellent, our flight was three hours late but Sixt kept their desk open until we arrived.

Just one comment. The car came with Sat Nav as ordered. However I was unable to use this as it could not be turned to English! (German and Italian were the only choices apparently), apart from that it was brilliant.

The gentleman at Waterford airport was so friendly and helpful with directions. It was a great start to our first ever trip to Ireland.

A smooth, well-organised firm.

It wasn’t clear that you had to get a shuttle bus to the hire place. We ended up walking around the terminal for ages before noticing. Pick-up was pretty slow. However once there and got the car, we were very happy and had we had no problems. You just need to improve your pick-up instructions.

The English speaking staff were very helpful. I had a problem with my visa card which they sorted out without any problems. I would recommend your company to others and have actually done so already to a friend who frequently flies to a Alicante.

Excellent pick up at Murcia. An agent came to the car and pointed out dents etc. Drop off was easy, there was no one in the portacabin so we left the keys in a letter box for the keys and parking ticket. On the whole it was a good experience, thanks.

Sixt were exceptionally good and hassle free. Only minimal time was wasted on paperwork and the transfer. Thank you so much for your help with cross border travel. Thanks I will use you again.

The rental conditions were given clearly. That helps a lot to evaluate the need for extra services. However “pick-up full, return empty” method was not a good choice. I did not realise that I had to pay VAT on the petrol. Anyway it was my own mistake.

Top marks. Even though I had forgotten my confirmation documents, the gentleman was kind enough to search using my surname…great friendly service…

We were late back to the airport at Bergamo by about 15 mins because of horrendous traffic jam in the mountains while returning from skiing. The rep from the hire car company was there and took the keys and was very understanding about us rushing away.

I’ve always found Europcar to be friendly and efficient, AND very reasonably priced.

The girl who dealt with us in the office in Carcassonne was very helpful and friendly. The car was brand new and there was no problems at all. We have used Alamo before and and will do so again in the future.
