Cancellation Procedure Explained

Renters wishing to cancel their booking must do so in writing by email no less than 24 hours before the collection of the rental is due. Argus Car Hire will not accept cancellations by telephone.

If the rental is cancelled within the procedure guidelines, Argus Car Hire will refund all charges (except the non-refundable administration fee) to the credit/debit card number supplied when booking.
