Venice Marco Polo Airport is the located 15 km to the north west of Venice off the SS14. There are two terminals with excellent facilities, pleasant open spaces and bright shopping areas.
There are bureau de change facilities, banking outlets and atm facilities within both the terminals. In recent years the airport has been renovated with great improvements in facilities and comfort for travellers. On the lower floors there are information areas for car hire and general travel information about the city of Venice. One the second floor there are numerable duty free shops that stock an abundance of different products from the local area as well as the greatly desired designer goods at relatively cheap prices. Restaurants and cafes are in numerous locations around the buildings with many serving delicious Italian style coffee. There is a prayer room available, please ask a member of the airport staff for further information.
For business travellers the Business Centre is available (please check eligibility) with Internet access, wireless access, meeting rooms and faxing facilities. Storage lockers are available; please see a member of staff for information. Restrooms are clearly marked in locations throughout the terminals with facilities for disabled persons.
